My shadow2 likes 3.1gr of titegroup with 147's. I don't shoot IPSC but I think its a known load that cycles reliably and meets the 'power factor', also less snappy recoil.

Probably a touch too slow. Guns will vary, but 3.2 has been borderline for me to meet PF. I run 3.3

Same I run 3.3, gets me 130 PF almost exactly in my Shadow 1s. I tried 3.2 and it must've just been a hot day because it got me 130 the first time I tried it but after that was borderline just above 125.
