9mm AR15

Just got a new lower and want to install a 9mm upper on it. Wondering if the mags have to be pinned to 5 rounds or can I use 10 round pistol mags? Also what brand do I go for 1000-1200? Rock River Arms is what I'm thinking. Glock mags would be a nice feature. Any advice or recommendations?

you can use any 10 round PISTOL mag. That is a mag that was made for a pistol.

But if the mag is for a rifle then it has to be 5 rounds.

makes no sense? Talk to your government....

Thanks. Nobody with some info regarding a good upper? Looking at the RRA 16" but would prefer maybe a CQB length.

If you want to use Glock mags I think you have to use an Oly lower. Oly make lowers specifically for Glock mags. I'm not aware of anyone making mag blocks for Glocks mags that can be used in standard lowers.

The gun in my avatar is a 10.5" RRA 9mm AR from Questar with a Magpul CTR stock and a Troy 10" rail. I run the CP-LAR15 mags.

So I can snap this RRA 10.5 upper on my NEA lower correct? Can I use standard AR triggers and charging handles?
