9mm JR Carbine: Flash Hider/Muzzle Break/Compensator options?

Hey folks,

So Ive been poking around for some time, trying to find something for the end of my threaded barrel. It seems that every "AR style" flash hider I come across that is bored for 9mm (http://ctcsupplies.ca/collections/barrels/products/9mm-ar-flash-hider-assembly-1-2-36) has a thread size of 1/2" x 36, while the JR barrel has 1/2" x 28 threads. Obviously it wouldn't be wise to shoot 9mm though a flash hider cut for 5.56/.223. Any of you guys out there that have JR's have any suggestions? Or any AR guys know of something for the end of my barrel with an aperture that will accomodate the larger round diameter? I'm not too picky, I would prefer something not too long (the barrels on these are long enough already) and something on the cheaper side, but beggars cant be choosers.

is it possible a 1/2 28 comp for a 7.62 would work?

just run a drill through the muzzle device. thats all i did for mine. gives you lots more options when able to browse the 556 brakes, instead of focusing on the more expensive 9mm/308 ones

lol. we tested my JR today. about 300rds of various loads thru it. 130pf to 150pf all functioned. couple of light strikes....shoots soft and is very quiet.....you could get away with no ear plugs.
