Just looking for some 9mm load data using these 2 powders. Bullet is a 124gr montana gold fmj. Power factor of 130ish would be perfect.

Out of my Shadow with CMJ 124GR, NOT Montana FMJ but should be in that range anyways

4.2 W231
FPS:1022 SD:13 Power Factor:126,7

4.3 W231
FPS:1027 SD:17 Power Factor:127,3

4.4 W231
FPS:1057 SD:16 Power Factor:131,1

4.5W231
FPS:1070 SD:17 Power Factor:132,7

4.6W231
FPS:1167 SD:11 Power Factor:144,7

While not the same bullet weight I have used 4.9 of 231 with any good jacketed 115 for over 20 years-works out quite well. Will

If you use Clays then go to the reloading tables. LOOK UP THE BULLET LENGTH they use and compare it to the length of the bullet you are using. Seat your bullet so that the base of your bullet is in the same location as the bullet in the published table. Do not just go by OAL.

Clays is a very fast powder and interior case volume makes a HUGE difference, especially since getting a 130 PF using Clays is a max load.
