9mm Luger, 9mm Para, 9X19mm ??

I was wondering if they were all the same/interchangeable??
In the CSSMAFR course manual it's said the ARE NOT interchangeable but on
many website, they are said to be synonyms...

Any help please

9mm is the only one that doesn't mean anything other than bullet caliber.

The remainder are the same size, but with different pressures. Nato generally having higher pressures.
