9MM Luger Recipe?

4.2gr of Titegroup. Works great with every bullet I got, even at the same load... 115gr FMJ, 124gr LRN (both Lee & RCBS designs), 124gr FMJ 115gr plated, 124gr plated, 105gr LSWC.

How 'bout titegroup and AIM 124gr in 9mm
shell Win.
primers CCI #500,
also in Al Simms i was told that i can use magnum primers in 9mm just to use lighter load,is it true or they just tried to sell me the primers.

Whatever load you select 9 and there are some good choices posted here) you should make sure to run them over a chronograph so you can can get some hard data. From there it is easy to mathematically extrapolate either up or down what adjustments you may need to make to the charge to give you the velocity you want.

9 mm recipe

3.4 gr. of TiteGroup will "blow" out a 147 gr. Frontier bulet with 900 f/s for a 132 PF. I use once fired Win casings and CCI small pistol primers... And the gun is a CZ SP-01...
Good luck !

i've got both an uzi sub( when we coild fire such things) and a beretta 92 as well as a tok( rinco) i found that 4.5 of 231 and a 130 grain bullet would NOT push A CERTAIN BOLT back far enough to engage the sear- went up to 4.8, and finally to 5 even - that's where i'm at right now- i know both the beretta and the tok can handle that- lighter guns may not- my old speer lists 5.2 as the top end for this bullet- again, another instance of data being LAWYERIZED as time goes on- pretty soon, if this keeps up, published loads woun't have enough "ooph" to push the slide all the way back, and we're all wondering why?- my advice it to get at least 2 manuals as well as to check out the "net " loads, do up a bunch of charts, and see what works IN YOUR PISTOL- look for any loads- esp the top end - that widen the ends of your spectrum- in my case i found that 4.5 will not work in every application- she "doubles" as well as does other things at that grainage-
