9MM M&P mags

Just picked up 3 from Alflaherty's Outdoor for 39.99 a piece there site doesn't say there out of stock so they should still have some.
 
I just tried some 9mms in a 40 mag. It held 12, no problem. It fired 2 and then the next round popped up out of the mag. It looks like the lips would have to be bent over just a smidgen to work.

Conclusion: 40 mags don't work for 9mm unless modded.
