Hello! I recently purchased a couple hundred 93 grain lead round nose projectiles for my 9mm pistol but I looked through both reloading manuals and cannot find a recipe. It seems 90g and 95g are the only ones listed.

I was thinking about using a recipe for a lighter bullet and working up in powder increments, but does anyone know offhand a recipe for this bullet weight?

Thank you in advance!

No info, sorry, but you can definitely find a mid-point between the recipes you found for 90g and 95g bullets, providing they "track", and start from there.

Don't listen to polaris. Using load data for one cartridge to reload another type of cartridge is a recipe for disaster. .380ACP functions at pressures about half of those of 9mm, so in this case it wouldn't be dangerous but you would get exceedingly low-pressure 9mm cartridges that would likely not cycle the action properly.

This is a good example of the fact that you should always double-check info you get on the board.

To get your gun to cycle, you'll likely have to drive those bullets above 1200fps. They may pattern more than print.

Either bullet weight data will do(2 grains too much or 3 grains too little won't matter), but you'll likely find they may not cycle the action.
