Yooooo,

i am wondering what yall got your red dot zero too for your 9mm carbines? I have a ruger pcc in magpul takedown stock and also a sub2000 gen 3 i just picked up.
got a bushnell trs and a holosun503.
also got 1 or 2 small pistol reflex sights, not sure which ones to use yet. just looking for recommendations.

It sort of depends on what you want to do, If your going to vary the range out to and maybe past 100 yards you will need to learn to hold over and under depending on how you set it up.

3 inches high at 50 yards would probably be around 3 inches low at 100..... good for 6 inch plates holding dead center. Hold a little low at 50 and a little high at 100.

Here's a chart for a 16" barrel, but at the end of the day you will need to shoot some paper with your setup to see what's up.

My dot is 2.5" above bore, I shoot 115gr budget ammo.
I like 20/85 yard zero. The trajectory should be within +/- 2" out to 100.
I use relaxed cant to facilitate drop in the hump - I am finding this more repeatable than holdover / holdunder when shooting off-hand.

I either zero at 50 or 100 for pcc...

Im rocking 124gr right now so its a 50m... which puts the first marker on my elcan on at 100m... 500m hash on at 200m

When im rocking 115 grain its a 100m zero with the site hieght anything under 100m is wihin like 3 inches vertically of the POA which is fine for wacking steel and paper

I'm also zeroed for 20m with the same optic setup because that's the max distance at my indoor range. I didn't realize I would also have another zero at 85m - I'll have to try that out next time I'm at the outdoor range. Thank you

I just put a red dot on my ruger pcc and sighted it in for 25 yards. I will have to test different distances to see the variation in point of impact, I mostly shoot 124gr ammo so that will likely vary from 115gr.

Depends on a few factors. With an 8 inch barrel and my handloads, my zero is 20 and more like 70 meters. Kind of have to test your yourself with your ammo/gun.

I personally zero for 25 on my IPSC pcc.
Use the bottom of the circle (holosun 510c) as a hold over for 15 and in, half way between dot and circle for 50+, basically on dot for 25-50.

There is no right way, just zero all your rifles how YOU like them. Lots of folks like a 50 and that's fine too. As long as you know your hold overs and practice them consistently
