Bore will be a thou or so oversize. S&W made the model 547 a while back ith unique extraction. Case won't headspace if you ream a model 19 cylinder so you'd have to use moon clips. The extractor star may start getting pretty thin a the rear of cylinder would need to be shaved unless you find a 547 cylinder assembly.
