I wanted to find some opinions on the practicality of the 9mm Thureon rifle in a hunting context. Could it be used successfully in this area?
I own alot of 9mm ammo. and really like the pistol/rifle idea and especially the Thureon: looks like quality stuff with easy stripping. I know by watching "hickok45" that it has pretty good accuracy out to 230 yards without a scope - for him anyways. But it might not take down much by the time it reaches out that far because of its fall in velocity. Anyone with any opinions. Or should I only look at this rifle as a novelty for plinking purposes only.
Also, I know that Wanstalls sells these when they have them but there was a new company that came on the forums retail page last week that also had them. I believe they were from BC. Does anyone know the name of that store?
Thanks,
Gal
