9mm versus 40

in 3 gun is there much difference in shooting a 9mm and a .40 as in kick and getting back on target. any help would be grate. ( no i'm not going to the range to ask some one to let me shoot there gun this is a simple question thing on here tent to get out of hand )

theres zero point in shooting .40 for 3 gun, more recoil and cost with zero advantage

I personally prefer to shoot 40. With it downloaded, felt recoil is softer than 9mm but still more power factor than 9mm for steel. In Canada, not giving up any capacity.

Cost of brass, powder and primers are about the same. Cost of bullets is a bit higher....

Unless Its all you have and its eigther run it or dont play until you get something else but other then that your right.

if you are not a reloader, the cost is higher to shoot .40 And, you cannot load it lower pressure if you buy it.
