This is by a Brit crop land pest control guy who really knows his small calibre rifles. Not going to try to post the text because it will likely exceed limits here. There's a related video at the link as well.

A lot of extra stuff on that link. This one works, without the personalized elements:

The narrator here has a Youtube channel, 260Rips, with new videos appearing a few times per year. Very relaxing stuff for those who don't mind pest animals being dispatched, a lot of comfortable British countryside, quiet times in beautiful settings, punctuated by the odd long range shot. Guy is one heck of a marksman. He also has a number of videos going over his equipment, whether the firearms used or his night vision gear.

I'm a bit surprised to see his 100 yard .22lr subsonic grouping being so terrible. He's an excellent shot, so obviously not user error. Plenty of folks shoot better groups than that at 100 with a factory fresh 10/22 or most other cheap .22lr rifles. Seems he needs to find himself a better rifle. I've shot a tighter group at 100 with a very primitive .22lr bolt action rifle and rested on a bouncy fallen sapling.

Yes, Maybe his rifle doesn't shoot Eley that well. My Sav B22 does well with SK+ at about 1.5", and I've only shot that distance about 10 times - I'm stingy with $10/box ammo. And those were just using MOA-bar holds, Not zeroes at 100.

Right. Didn't take that into account. It's a CZ American, a model known for decent accuracy, so he might want to try a few different cartridges and find what it likes.
