Hi, I got a Burris Black Diamond two weeks ago.
The turrets have Target dials and it's a 1/8in./click scope.
Although it's even written 1/8in. per clicks on a small sticker under the turret caps (see 1st pic), the numbers on the turrets are 1/4 in./click, so I have to turn the dial to 2 in. to move the POI 1 in. on the target.
Also, the numbers are backwards, when I want to move POI UP, I turn counterclockwise like the arrow on the top of the turret, but the numbers go down. If I reset the turret to '0', if I want to go up, I have to move the dial to 13...12...11 etc.
It doesn't 'feel' right IMHO. Could this scope has been put out with the wrong turrets?
I've tried to email Burris customer service (link on their website) a couple of time, but they won't reply.
I could give them a call to Colorado, but the language barrier is in the way, English isn't my native language, and although I can write/read very good, it's hard for me to explain that problem with verbal expressions.
Anyway, anyone else ever experience these prob with their Burris scope?
What's your thought about these problem?
Thanks for your input!
