Going through a few things tonight and came across these two WW2 veterans. Both are quite large sized, and both have c broad arrow markings. I wish I knew more about Canadian WW2 militaria, but I am hoping someone will enjoy seeing these. Thanks for looking
The first is a helmet I bought during my honeymoon several years ago in France. I knew they were not worth much, but it just screamed history. I don't see many other than in books in the rough textured camo. Can barely make out the name and service number. Have not touched or cleaned a thing on her.
This next one obviously has not seen the service the first one has, and I added the net and casualty bandage myself. You can see the service number on the strap and scratched into the paint.
Thanks again for looking
