A couple Ross parts - help?

Hey! I'm a new Ross 1905 owner, and I noticed a couple of parts are missing on my rifle (otherwise in great shape). I had a couple questions about them.

1. The magazine cut-off is missing. Is this essential for safe operation?

2. Where might I find a magazine cut-off?

3. Where might I find a rear link strap (the swivel thing under the buttstock for the sling to go through)?

Theres an old gent thats goes to shows Montreal and eastern Ontario shows he has parts ,collector .

The magazine cut-off is not required for the rifle to operate.
