A few Henry 357 In Stock

It's been 2 hours, I'm surprised there are at least 4 left. Couple years ago I bought mine, from prophet, before the gun came in. As I say, very surprised they're not gone already.

At $1,600 for a plain Jane version .. should anyone be surprised?

Good luck finding one. It took me 18 months to find mine but it was also one of the fancy schmancy 20 inch versions in 357 with the color case hardened receiver, color case hardened large loop and octagonal barrel. Worth the wait though....she is a thing of beauty.

My quote got messed up but I'm replying to the post above mine.

Got one of those in 44 mag. It's a beautiful rifle. It had the standard sized lever on it when i got it. I replaced it with a case hardened large loop lever but I didn't like the way it felt l, so I put the standard size one back on. Either way, gorgeous rifles that are a pussy cat to shoot. Really a fan of them. I know it's sacrilegious, but mine will eventually wear a red dot on the receiver. Just not this year. Too many other expenses at present.

How much did you pay for it? I'm looking for the same rifle in the 16.5" barrel. Found a local seller that wants 1900 all in
 
I guess 1900 is a good deal then. I was thinking about trying to negotiate lower but I doubt that is going to happen
 
Not trying to come off as critical but when does the price justify spending a few extra bucks and getting a new Winchester? Is the quality close enough that it doesn't matter?

Yeah I'm looking specifically for the colour hardened case w/ octagon 16.5" barrel.

I see two listed for 1900 (one is local and listed as new/never fired)

There is 1 listed for 1600+shipping from Montreal in used condition but I'm a little sceptical about buying used from a private seller

I'd say always see, handle it in person first.
