I received today my ammo from Marstar. 55gr FMJ/40 pack. Tryed to pull out a bullet out, and after quite a pain, succeded. Surprised to find some kind of tar sealing the bullet in place. Is it common to see a such thing in civillian ammo ? Won't it foul the barrel more quickly? Also, the brass seems to have been reloaded, ain't as shiny as other ammo I've bought.
