Hats off to all the genuinely nice people at PMGC, I'm only a newbie at trap and have only been to this range a few times, but it's been a same welcoming, very friendly and helpful environment each time.

Today my firearm broke down and many of the people there shown interest, concern and was more then happy to give the new guy a hand, one very kind gentleman actually lent me one of his firearm so I can finish my day. If anyone is interested in joining a club that's serious about trap & skeet..... this is the club, they're a really good bunch. Thank you to everyone who helped me, you all made my day a truly incredible day!

After reading your thread, I stopped by today to check it out. I was hoping to try a round of trap, as I've never done it before. I got there but they're closed (Friday around 11am). Does anyone know the hours? I couldn't find any hours posted at the clubhouse.

Thanks

yeah I am going to go check this club out now, ive been looking at outdoor clubs, so positive feedback is great

That is correct, Sundays Skeet 10-12 & Trap 12-til we get bored or run out of shells. During the summer we are also open on Wednesday evenings. We are always happy to have new shooters drop in.

If you have a penchant for trap on other days, VGC in Richmond is open Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays for skeet, trap, and bunker with the sporting clays course open on Sundays before 2. Weather's supposed to be good tomorrow morning; can't wait to get out there again (it's been a WHOLE WEEK!).

Good to know about VGC and Pitt Meadows. I'm from NWBC and in vancouver regularly to visit family in maple ridge. Got to treat brother to some shotgunning at pitt meadows since they sound pretty open and friendly.
Just got 28 gauge semi, so have to get that set up for kids and then try it.
