A.J.Parker P14 sight

I have a target sight off a P14.It is marked
AFLD J PARKER BIRM
MODEL TZ 3/53
I want to know if it is 1/4 min or 1/2 min clicks.Also would like to know ball park value of these sights with adjustable iris.It is in VG condition.

If you know how to read a Vernier wind the knobs to read Zero. Now turn the knob clockwise and count 20 clicks. If the scales now read 5 minutes, you have 1/4 clicks. If it reads 10 minutes you have 1/2 clicks.
