My wife took these pics as I blasted a slug into a milk jug filled with water.... the camera was a Canon 7D set to high speed shoot at 8 frames per second

Yep... I had her hold the camera & focus on the jug then when I was ready to shoot I said... 1 2 3 go and she held the shutter button down, the first time we were out of sync but the second time we got those shots.

I'm going to try again on my next outing & using a tripod and faster shutter speed to get more images & also try other exploding things :)
