Had her in my hands today, fondled her, stroked her lovingly.
Light in weight and sleek, not a mark on her that shouldn't be there.
But even when I was a young guy, I think that is as far as I would want to go with her. I think she would be mean!
Even with a nice Leupold hanging on her, she was still light in weight.
A late 1980s Remington Model 700, a light sporting contour barrel, as nice a looking model 700 as I've ever seen, and chambered in 300 Weatherby!

Was she white or black, Bruce? (SS or blued) I got her sister and have had 30 years of joy and excitement with her Bruce, I had the doctors at Magnaport, laser remove some of her mean streak. I lightened her a touch more with a Brown Precision fiberglass stock. She has been my go-to girl and is better traveled than most people.
As far as having a reputation for being a heart (shoulder) breaker, I don't find this in her disposition at all, but you know what they say about the RIGHT man to tame down some of these frisky girls.

I hear you, Doug.
She was a beautiful blue and a really nice brown torso with good dimples.
But I am certain, you are a much better man to handle her than I ever was!
She scared me, just looking at her.
