My Dad brought gifts for more than just the grandkids when he came to visit.

Yes, they're all full.:)

Some of that stuff in the top right I think I have. It hangfires like crazy. Post here if you get the same thing. Also those stripper clips will go for good money on the EE. Something to think about.

So uhh, are you going to shoot some of this stuff or are you just going to watch it pile up?

I'm going to put it in with the rest of the hoard and just watch it grow.:nest:

Of course I'm going to shoot some of it.:)

Except for the battle pack of South African 7.62 NATO it's all .303 British. Mostly DI Mk 7. The blue rimmed box is Italian and the two small boxes with the FN label are marked as "Bren" ammo.

496 rounds of boxed .303 plus the stuff in the chargers and 140 rounds of 7.62 NATO ball. Sounds like a good Christmas to me.

Great score Stevo...saddest thing is, you get to shoot Ranger ammo and don't really need it eh???:dancingbanana::nest:

I am also curious of this "Bren" ammo. I recieved a box of Mk VIIz C Broad Arrow marked .303 ammo for Kickassmas, wonder how much an unopened box of it is worth?

I haven't shot any of that in months, unfortunately. And it's only for use in the issue rifle.

cantom, I'm pretty sure the Rangers are issued current IVI ammunition. The stuff in those boxes is much earlier.

I believe he was commenting that I don't really "need" .303 as I'm issued it with Rangers.

I'm really curious about the Bren ammo in the FN boxes. Can we please see some detail photos of the labels?
