I just got this at a boxing day sale. It's a NIB 20" barrel T/C Encore "Katahdin" model and you don't see many of them around. Not to everyone's taste I'm sure. Came with the peep sights and measures a handy 34 1/2" long. My son and I hunt a special muzzleloading deer season each year. Should work fine for that.

The Wolf kinda looks like it too if I remember rightly.

A tip - if you are new to muzzleloading, I've found Harvestor's "Crushed Rib" sabots sure made my shooting more fun. I had alot of problems with over tight sabot/bullet combinations in both my Knight and Savage. When I got those "Crushed Rib" ones the problems went away - good accuracy too. I buy em from Mid South Shooter's Supply (500 at a time for me). I recommend the 45cal/50cal ones assuming you have a 50cal. Hope you don't have problems - but if you do that tip might be of use.

Thanks I was told to check out the sabots for hunting but I'll for sure check out the Harvestor's Crushed Rib Sabots as no one recommended a type to try out yet as it is a .50 Cal though I am just gonna get a cheaper .50 cal ball or the like for plinking with first so I can figure out what I'm doing. The Wolf does look a lot like a TC but mines all black and blue.....(synthetic and blue) not pretty camo and blue.

Please let us know, when you are able to, as to how that groups at 100 yards using the peep sight. Also, what sabot/bullet + powder combo worked well specially if you have an opportunity to use the TC Shockwaves. Thanks,
