just went and got my 8.5" grizzly from back country here in fsj havnt shot it yet but am pretty happy with it so far. what have you guys done for it to fit 3 2 3/4 shells i removed the spring retainer do you have to trim the follower as well?

ive put just over 200 shells through it now and and still very happy. i trimmed the follower and it now fits three in the tube. the only thing i would change with this shotgun is for it to have screw in chokes (i am going to get this done) it is cylinder bore right now. oh its not a huge fan of the winchester bulk pack ammo but seems to like the fedral stuff just fine (same price)

I have a 14" Norky so I don't need one, but I do want so bad!! About $100 dollars per inch less barrel will get me one. You know, because we can't buy flamethrowers.

Hehehe... A pal and I were shooting my 8.5" at the range... It's a little dark there and the muzzle flash was impressive...my pal called it 'Dragon's Breath...".

Still, I wonder if I wouldn't have been better off with a 12" or a 14"....the full-size magazine would be nice.
