I sent an e-mail last week to Wanstall's and asked the same question. I got a reply from Daniel saying that it appears these rifles do not come with the sight tool. It seems other's who have purchased this rifle have gotten the sight tool so i'm not sure what's up.

The user manual says it comes with!!!!!

I dont seem to see an adjustment tool in mine either, but Im not sure what to look for. I see the rail add ons and screws, then there is another bag with the cleaning rod, 9mm swab and 9mm brush, but thats it.

Count me as another that didn't receive the sight tool. Not a big deal since a small screwdriver works as an alternative.
