A question regarding ATRS modern varmints and Modern hunter

Hi guys I was wondering to ask if anyone know
If the upper Modern hunter is compatible with lower Modern varmints?

I wouldn't think so. One is based off of large calibre(308), the other is smaller calibre(223)

The modern Varmint is to the Modern Hunter, what the AR-15 is to the AR-10. Same design different calibre range, scaled accordingly.
