Today is a sad day for Hussar Fish and Game Club. Hussar Alberta.
One of our founding members and past presidents has passed away this weekend.
RANDY GEORGE
Randy George will be greatly missed by all his friends, and family as well as other clubs.

Randy was an active member in our club almost never missing a Thursday night shoot or event day.
Randy has shot Trap at ours and many other clubs in southern Alberta, BC, and the US in his many years in the sport.
Members of clubs such as Carstairs, Drumheller, Brooks,Bassano and Calgary Club will know of Randy George and will also miss him dearly.
Randy was a competitor in many clubs trap shooting events over many years and I believe had a record of 1200 registered clays. The Man was an icon of our club and was a ambassador of the sport where ever he went. He was a mentor and a teacher to many new members

The funeral service will be held at the Presbyterian Church in Bassano
on Wednesday Nov. 21 / 2007 @ 2:00 pm
I will post more when I know more details.
Location
Bassano Alberta

I will be attending and buying a wreath to take along.
any postings of condolences from other members and clubs will be added along with the flowers.
Thanks to all
Barry Traxel
President
Hussar Fish and Game Association
Hussar, Alberta.

I am honored to call Randy my friend and inspiration.
It was a joy to shoot with this man, and he will be greatly missed by many in his home town club and by many others.
The sport and Provence of Alberta will be at a lose with his passing.

Memorial service card

Thanks guy's for letting me take up space in a tribute to a great man.

Many members from other gun clubs in southern alberta, and in many US clubs.
Calgary club, Drumheller, Hussar, Brooks, Bassano, and many more.

Knew Randy ( Randolph Houston George ) as a friend and a great competitor.
his trophy room was a testament to that. He lived and loved to shoot trap.
He will be greatly missed.
One last posting of his memorial service card for those whom are interested.
