I don't normally take the time to do this; but I feel compelled when I receive service that goes above and beyond.
Called Tillsonburg Thursday afternoon to see if they could price match on a Chiappa firearm another retailer had on sale. They didn't come off offended that I had asked this (I've received this response from other retailers before), they were genuinely happy to earn my business if the deal made financial sense for them. In this instance, TGS was able to match the price. The firearm was promptly shipped Friday morning and delivered to me today. (Monday)
This was my 3rd firearm from TGS and it certainly won't be my last - I appreciate the great service! Thank you Paul and TGS!
