As for trigger work, you can do that yourself: replace the stock 18# mainspring with a 13# spring. That will make an immediate improvement, but you can also clip 1, maybe 2 coils from that 13# spring for an even lighter trigger.
I would not suggest clipping any more than 2 coils. (I tried that, and found the trigger to be spongy.) I like mine with 2 clipped, but sometimes I think I should have only clipped one coil. My single action pull weight is now 2.75lbs.
This mod is well within any owners capability.
How come you don't like the sights?
