A true 1913 spec picatinny rail for benelli m4?

Does anyone know a good Canadian source for a true spec picatinny rail for the m4 with solid bars across the rail? Apparently the standard one with the split bar loves to destroy true picatinny optic mounts.

Mesa Tactical is your best bet. I can CONFIRM that the stock rail can bugger up mounts... my Larue T1 low mount was somewhat 'deformed' on the bottom by the stock rail. It still works, but it's not pretty.

The Mesa rail/side saddle setup works really well. There have been reports of the receiver holes getting 'deformed' when under heavy use while the sidesaddle is loaded with shells, but it's usually empty when I'm using the gun. Apparently the weight of the shells, combined with the relatively 'soft' aluminum of the receiver can cause elongation/stripping of the holes.

I did shim both my M4 stock rail with 2 little strips of Garlock, it work wonder... JP.

I know freedom fighter tactical make a rail. But shipping is an issue. I don't want a side saddle type.

I changed mine on my M4 bc I didn't like the one that came with ..not being a 1913 comp..so i got a nice carreiercomp ..it's not a Canadian made but very nicely done...

It's a picatinny rail, but like many of them it's missing the middle part of the rail. So some mounts get damaged by it.
