A1 Flash Hider ?

Original A1's used a lock washer, early washers have light diamond knurl marks on the outside if you are really trying for the retro look
On second thought it may have been the pre-A1's that had the fancy lock washer with knurling

I dont think the 3 prong uses one. The bird cage FH has an area on it without slits that is designed to face down. The crush washer is so you can stop at the no slit zone and still not have the FH cranked on

This is incorrect, the A1 birdcage flash hider has slots all the way around, you're thinking of the A2 birdcage which elimated the bottom slot. A lock washer was used for the A1. A2's use peel washers and now crush washers so that they can index the flash hider properly (that is have the closed portion end up at the bottom of the barrel).
