A2 short Handguard

So I am putting together an AR with a 7.5" barrel. I would like to get an A2 style hand guard for it. Anyone seen any of these available?

You could try making a cup for the front or back and cutting a set of carbine grips short, kinda like the old triangle grips that were shortened for carbines.

Doh, just realized it's on a 7.5" barrel. Sorry mate, I thought you were looking for a carbine length one. My bad.

I've never seen one for a 7.5". All the ones I've seen had free float tubes.

Closest thing would be DOE handguards but even they may be too long. Matsucorp make repros.

Failing that have someone turn a piece of G10 to your desired length and contour.
