I just bought an AA .22 conversion for my Glock 17. I paid $349.00 at the Shooter's Edge and bought 2 extra mags for $30.00 each. Anyone out there have any experience or tips to share ? AA recommends CCI MiniMags and Remington 40 gr. Golden .22's or High Velocity 40 grain bullets. Has anyone tried Winchester 40 grain Wildcats ? They are $100 cheaper per 5000 than the Remington or the CCI and I am wondering if they work ok in the AA. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure about the ammo as I'm waiting for my kit to arrive, but do you know if they have more spare mags in stock?

Wildcats will function just fine, altho they are a bit dirty. Not nearly as bad as Rem Thunderbolts, but they are noticably dirtier than a plated or washed bullet. But, if u dont mind cleaning after each session, they will do just fine. U have to remember to use a bullet of at least 40gr as the lighter stuff will not cycle reliably in the AA kit. Not sure where u plan on getting the ammo from, but around here the Wildcats are avbl at Cdn Tire for $1.59bx but the others are out of the bricks.
Good luck

Does anyone know TSE's toll free number? Maybe I'm blind but I couldn't find it on their website.
