Abbotsford gunsmith????

Anybody recall the name of the gunsmith who works out of his home on Lwr Sumas Mtn Rd - just up from the Whatcom Rd exit of Hwy 1? Had his card once upon a time but can't find it now and wanted to see if 1. is he still in business? and 2. how busy he is right now for a quick rush job.

Bonehead that I am, I was working up a load and got my ejector stuck up in my bolt face. Hunting trip in 2 weeks plus some more loading/shooting to do prior (with a slightly lesser load ) and need to get this fixed pronto. Would be helpful to have it done locally so barring this fellow, maybe a call to Bits of Pieces and see if they can squeeze me in. Any other smith in Lwr Mainland you can recommend would also be helpful.

Am going to drop this into the Gen firearms forum too if the mods don't mind - i need to track this down quick.

AHA!! That's the one. Thanks for the info. I was trying to recall the name from memory and kept coming up with Norton for some reason and couldn't find it in the book.

Yep, took my bolt in for him to fix last week and he mentioned this is his last year. He had an apprentice working with him at the bench, not sure what his plans are.
