I have done business with more than a dozen of the retailers at CGN. Most of my transactions have been good. However, my 2 experiences with GBT have been above and beyond what I was expecting.
When I pre-ordered a scope, Tom from GBT kept in continuous contact with me even after I received my scope. I never once had to inquire about the status of my order. Moreover, when a manufacturer did not include a part that they said would be included, GBT sent me the part at no cost when they did not have to. That’s the kind of stand up person that is Tom. Thanks GBT.
