Accu Trigger Question

Hello all,

I have a few Savage rifles and Im wondering if it is possable to install an Accu Trigger onto any Savage Arms Rifle? By this I mean just swap out the stock trigger group for the accutrigger group. If this is the case, where the heck can I find one, Ive been looking everywhere for one.

Yup, they will swap. On an axis you may need to dremil some relief into the trigger housing to make it fit. But the timney or rifle basix are your other options. Good luck on the quest.
 
You can improve the standard NON accutrigger a lot by just playing around with the spring. I've got my Axis down to around 2 and 3/4 pounds pull by using a 10-34 screw and a spring from a ballpoint pen. While not as nice as a timney or such, it makes it a useable trigger.
There must be some removed accu triggers kicking around from swap outs though.
