Accuracy International AX

Just wondering if anyone has any comments on the Accuracy International AX rifle in .308 with respect to performance and quality?

If one assumes no quality deterioration from previous AE models then one can expect some of the highest standards in the firearms manufacturing industry. In the hands of a sufficiently competent shooter I would anticipate 1/2 MOA ( or better ) with match-grade ammunition.

I want an AE Mk III bad! Can't warm up to the looks of the AX, it looks like a pressure washer.
