Can anyone comment on how well a Ruger New Model Single Six is sighted if you buy a version with fixed sights (either 4 5/8 or 5 inch barrels)? Not sure if you would ever need to file the front sight or turn the barrel. Are they reasonably accurate or do they usually need some kind of additional gunsmithing?
