Accurate loads for 77/44 with 225gr FTX ??

Hi Fellas:
The title pretty much says it. I have a Ruger 77/44 and it does not shoot XTPs or Speer gold DOTs great. They are both 240gr so I am going to try the FTX.
If you can save me some time reloading that would be great.

I found with mine it shot the 240gr bullets so-so went to the Hornady 265gr and found them quite accurate.

Now experimenting with cast 310 Lead RNFP gas checked, looks very promising.
Heavy charges of H110 and lilgun does the trick.

I have had real good luck with180-210 gr bullets.
But, 225gr. and higher just didnt shoot very good.

Not a single 240 gr. Bullet I have tried, shot under 3-4" at 100yds.

I would like to get 2" or better.

I just made a batch for my Rossi try about 23 grains of h110 .. they gave me the best accuracy and i didn't trim the cases.
