accurizing 1911 who does it?

I have Tanfoglio Custom in 45ACP and was thinking lately to accurise it. I wonder who can be trusted with my precious (to me lol) gun to do all the work. I need it be really accurate for bulleye shooting. Suggestions really appreciated.

I would say Gunnar at Armco in Prince George or Dlask Arms in New Westminster. Can't go wrong either way.
