ACOG Tritium Replacemnt

I have an ACOG from 2009 that is getting very dim, I'm not the original owner but I might have the receipt.

How do I get the Tritium replaced? Trijicon's online form seems to be only for US repair requests.

I'm not going to be a huge help.....but this comes up periodically, and IIRC there's a retailer (I'm sure one of the sponsors at the top) that will send you Triji back to the states to be 'recharged'. HOWEVER, your Triji must have been imported into Canada properly (not grey/black market), otherwise they won't be able to send it back to Canada once they're finished

Thanks for the help, kinda worried now about sending it back but I think it should be fine, from what I can remember the original owner said it was bought from a local vendor.

If you call Trijicon or email them give them the serial number. They will tell you how to go about getting it fixed. As malice said easy to send it to the US maybe harder to get it back.
