If i have my torque screwdriver handy and I can easily find the specs, I'll use it. If not (which is most of the time) I just do the tight in the front, less tight in the back routine. Smaller screws like on rings and mounts I like to use the torque driver as I've found that often "just tight enough" doesn't feel the same to me as to most people that don't have hands like catchers mitts
