Activ 12ga hulls

Does anyone know where to find the wads for these hulls. I came across a couple hundred.
Has anyone ever trimmed them down for 2.5" chambers and loaded them with smokeless powder and cork wads?

Most of the guns with a 2.5" chamber should probably only be shot with black powder.

I load them with Steel shot and Sam1 wads.
I got quite a bunch of new 2 3/4 and 3 inch Activ hulls in a package deal many years ago but only started using them this fall.

Why is that? All but 1 of the many 2.5" chambered guns I've owned are nitro proofed and there are smokeless loads that only make 6500psi

Ever use lead shot in them? I just gave away all my steel wads

I don't think so. I had a pile of AAs and Gold medals that I used for lead shot back in the day. I am sure that they would work fine.
