these are not US Issue.
we have had MARPAT New before they were 70 to start.
These are pretty good kit for the money though.

So I broke down in northern Alberta last night with windchill down to -40c. I didn't have a winterfront and the truck wasn't keeping water temperature. I tied the tie strings to the signal lights and it was enough to keep the rad warm. Saved by the woobie.
