Added another Ruger to my collection

Got this Ruger MKIII Competition last week, it has a 6.88" slap side barrel, picked it up used from Roger at Shooters Choice in Arrowwood, AB. For a used pistol it's like new, not a mark on it and looks to have been shot very little. I've already put in a Volquartsen accurizing kit and a set of FireSights, I also got rid of that pesky mag disconnect.

I got it all cleaned up, lubed up and ready to take to the range for it's first shoot with me.

I like the look of the "slab" side MK's. Had a 22/45 4.25" with the same barrel. Shot great but I found the grip a little thin(on mine).
Nice sights....enjoy.

I love the grips on this thing, they have that nice thick thumbrest, it's hard to see in the pics.
