Some of you have seemed to enjoy the shooting bench I made, and I appreciate the comments and criticisms. I thought I'd share some pics of the prone rest I made, and it may give some fellow CGN'ers some good ideas. Like most things personally designed and/or thought of, it may be a good start point for anyone looking to make their own stabilizing tools for sighting in. Any comments will be appreciated. Enjoy!

At CFB Borden where I used to shoot, they had old mattresses for us to lie on, and the height was perfect, especially since the ground was uneven. I don't know if you noticed, but the feet give about 1" of individual adjusment to compensate for uneven terrain. From the ground to the bottom of the cup is 11''.
