Question for those with adjustable guns.
I just had an adjustable comb and butt plate installed on my Beretta trap gun.
Took it out to the patterning board, and it is shooting 40/60, about the same as it was before the gun was modified. I want a 60/40, at least a 70/30 pattern.
The question is:
What is the purpose of the adjustable buttplate in your opinion?
When I raise the comb to increase POI, do I adjust the buttplate as well, or are the two adjustments mutually exclusive?
If not, which direction do I move the plate after I adjust the comb up?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
James
