what did they change?...I haven't noticed any difference....

new triggers, no screws in the front to adjust, might be some sort of wrench that can fit in some little holes instead

rifle is a SPS stainless with Detach. Mag, camoflauge stock, 300 win mag

Not torx or allen are they, under sealed caps? Can you post a pic of that?

FWIW, trigger broke @ 5 lbs out of the box with no creep

Its just like glue they use to keep the screws from coming out isn't it? I did one a few months ago anyway and it was like that, it was a brand new 700vssf2. I happened to find the same link as posted above!

I wasn't aware of any changes, how new is this rifle? I've bought and set 3 in the last year or so and they were the same old Remington triggers. The screws are under that anti-tamper crap they smear on the threads. I won't even call it Loc-tite.

The new trigger is called the Xmark pro.So far all I have found on it is take it to agunsmith,the usual retoric.

Got a look at the new trigger yesterday,thebig difference is the safety.Adjustments appear to be the same using allen key instead of slot.Lots of sealant over screws.Hope this helps.
