Has anyone used the Adler HT-109 pump action shotgun? They are on sale at Pronature right now for a good price. I am contemplating getting one for turkey hunting.

I have been searching and can only find information on the lever action model.

I did not know that they had hit our shores. I have read a few Russian reviews on different Adler Arms Shotguns. Their semi-auto's are supposed to be real beauties.
As for the pump, only real review said that it can have a feeding problem with the magazine packed full. Other then that, review didnt praise it or knock it.
What is the price?

The sale price is $299 til March 4th. It's a good price. My concern is with availability of replacement parts and accessories.

Not 100% sure because it was just a review I read and haven't been able to do my own comparison, but it seems like Hatsan pump parts will work on the Adler pump.
Someone may know better then me on that, but it would make parts and accessories more avaiable.
A $300 shotgun is hard to pass up.

I managed to get the last one at my local pn this weekend. The brother in law bought the wood pump last year and loves it. Seen this one and jumped on it. Would of preferred wooden stocks but the choked 20 inch barrel and extension kit made me commit. Adler is supposed to be a "better quality" Turkish gun manufacturer compared to some others. They definitely feel better then the 870 express anyway. Time will tell.
